If you believe you have identified a security vulnerability in a PORTIA AI LTD service, you may report it to us using the contact details below. This page does not create any obligation on the part of PORTIA AI LTD, and we cannot guarantee a response to, or review of, any individual report.

Reports may be sent to our security team at security [at] rezonant.app. Please include a description of the issue and the steps required to reproduce it. Reports are reviewed at our discretion and as resources permit.

Guidelines

If you choose to investigate or report an issue, we ask that you:

  • Act in good faith and avoid any activity that could harm our services, our data, or our users.
  • Do not access, modify, or delete data that does not belong to you.
  • Give us a reasonable opportunity to review an issue before disclosing it to any third party.

PORTIA AI LTD does not operate a bug bounty program and does not offer payment or other rewards in connection with security reports.
